Rate based on 2 adults, age 30, Super Preferred rate, $250,000 Family Term Coverage with 10-year initial term and $10,000 coverage for all eligible children. Rates are based on monthly PAC premium payment. Qualification for the premiums shown is dependent upon underwriting and approvals by WoodmenLife.
Coverage extends to any child born to the primary insured or other insured, any child less than 18 years of age legally adopted by the primary insured or other insured, or any child less than 18 years of age for which the other insured or the primary insured has been appointed permanent legal guardian. No child will be insured before attaining the age of 15 days.
Once the initial policy term ends, your premiums will increase on an annual basis until age 95. Any increase in premium would not increase the certificate benefits.
